This is the lightest I’ve ever been!! So happy with my progress! Almost reaching my target weight! So proud of myself (even if I do say it my self) lol 😆
72.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks guys for your kind words! Keibrokay you will be able to utter these words too, I never thought I’d get to this weight either, but I found this app great at tracking what I was eating and it made me really look at things I was eating, it also made me think twice about certain things. Just take it little steps at a time and you will get there
