19.8% fat.
Have been working for Nigerian customer all week, And she's been making me lunch every day.
Have been approximating what I have been eating.
Don't know what dishes have been called.
But without any doubt it's been some of the best food I have ever eaten.
Going to be there another week.
Am really looking forward to it.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
