We are still celebrating our anniversary and my eating this week has been celebratory. I had a doctor's appointment today and all my numbers from my last visit were great. I am concerned about this visit's numbers because I increased my caloric goal, gained a few pounds in an attempt to bulk up and my doctor had reduced my meds by half last visit. Also I haven't been as consistent about exercise due to travel but I did get in some good workouts. I explained all this to my doctor and he stated that he wasn't very concerned and encouraged me to continue to keep doing what I have been doing.

I didn't tell the doctor about my plans to reduce my body fat percentage to the level it was before my last visit. I did advise him that I was going to return to my normal routine now that I was going to be home for awhile and he approved. Tonight is the last night we will be celebrating our wedding day. Tomorrow we be attending a wedding reception for a relative. Both of these are opportunities to overeat again this week. I feel good and feel good about getting back to my normal routine next week. No worries here...

Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 112% of goal. I did not meet my protein goal and did not meet all my activity goals. BF up 0.2% and is out of range...
74.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
