It's crazy I was slacking on logging my food, not the reason for the gain I still ate according to my calories, life just gets hectic sometimes. What was funny is I felt guilty not logging my food! Lol.. I guess it's become a habit, a good one of course. Things have calmed and I've been logging all week.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
