Back home.
Worked two 16 hour days and ate tons of takeaways.
Still had 3 rasher,3 egg sarnie when I got in at one this morning.
Still got van to sort as just the everything in last night.
65.6 kg Lost so far: 18 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
