Really annoyed. After starting a sensible diet and exercising 3 times for an hour this week, I've lost 2 lbs. I knows that's within the umbrella of 'healthy weight loss' but I was just expecting at least 2 more.
I can't give up yet though, gotta win a bet on who can lose the most weight by March 1st!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
