Plant based whole foods diet working for me now kicked out all meat & dairy and starting to get results no processed foods for me anymore I’m going to stick with this yea!
84.2 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
