19.4% fat.
Been stressful week this week this. Sat 18th edition electrical regs exam this week and did a course in spd,s and afdds.
If your not a sparky it is stuff that will seriously increase the cost of your electrical work.
So was Sat down a lot and stuffed face with Buffet food. Why do they put mayo on everything?I
No scales in airbnb where I was so am surprised weight is stable.
On a happy note daughter won an award for excellence in maths this week, So will be having a dual celebration meal at some point in future.
66 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
