Kind of guessing as scales say less than this but I don’t believe them (again!). Now down to a size 16 (UK) from 18-20 so chuffed to bits 🥳

81.8 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
