Oh yep!! I totally adjust. I like a sprinkle in my coffee. I don’t use sugar. I adjust maybe more than I’m adding but dang lol

I always add before I put it in my mouth, just so I can see where I'm at and adjust accordingly.

Cinnamon has calories? No nutrition info on my cinnamon. I add a sprinkling to each pot of coffee. Probably not even a teaspoon worth so I’m probably good. It’s the 2 Splenda’s per cup that’ll get me😳🤪.

@Northern, hubby and I were just talking about this. Own thing not to do is measure with spoons and cups. Weight is much more accurate. Some foods I’ve come to realize I was eating too much when measuring by the cup and some I get to eat more of now that I’m using weight. Logging is just so time consuming! Totally worth it though!

Yes, this is one of those things you just have to learn over and over. I always weigh. Hey CHRIS! Zero food value does not mean no calories.

I log my supplements too keyten... especially fish oil.
