21.6% fat. Willpower slipping a bit this week. Because Phisio said I am gaining muscle faster now my body is conditioned. Plus now have weights at home. I will gain weight. He pinch tested and said very little fat around body. Except waist which is still shrinking. The cravings are be because I run out of reserves early and burn muscle mass. He also said I need to go against a lifetime of habit and eat a bigger breakfast and lunch with smaller dinner. Only started eating breakfasts last year as they tend to make me sick if I eat as soon as I get up.co Same with lunch used to miss more than eat as usually to busy. On the plus side am now start to as defined pecks instead of moobs.
