First post! I've been gradually gaining weight without realising it - I think I hit my heaviest, so decided to finally do something about it! I'm concentrating on cutting out the snacks etc to start, as I have a pretty sedentary office job. fingers crossed I'll manage to get back to a healthier me!
94.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
