Not bad!! Considering last weekend I went a bit over board and eat loads of things I shouldn’t! And also it being the time of month, so I’m very happy with that! This week end I’m going to try and stick with in the calories! 😃
81 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
