jcmama777 I am trying to stay focus because this weight has been hard on my joints I seems to be feeling better as the pounds come off.

You're doing a good job! I understand what you mean about the joints. Before I started losing weight, if I was on my feet longer than an hour my feet would hurt so bad I could hardly walk. After losing 20 pounds that pain all disappeared. It gets better as your health improves, as you already know. 😊👍

Thanks, erikahollister, I am a person who loves a challenge it motivates me to work hard but I can't seem to do it on my own. This Fatsecret helps a lot it calculates my meals and the workout too I love it.

Becc, yes I feel so much better after I started dropping the weight so I want to keep going I don't have the desire eat junk anymore or to eat fast foods I enjoy preparing my own meals I do what works for me right now I love eating the same breakfast food...
