Started working at a pretty nice restaurant about 2 weeks ago, I can see trouble coming if I don't use a little self control! Today was a free for all in the kitchen- the line cooks were making a lot of really nice snacks for all of us; quesadillas, ghost pepper chicken wings, etc! Amazingly I've only gained 1 lb. so far, but need to watch it!
Lunch- 2 cups minestrone soup, chicken sandwich, 1/4 cheese and steak quesadilla
dinner- 1 slice pizza w/ meat and veggies
snack-ice cream bar
