I have let it slip a little but not losing heart, have lost an inch to thighs and stomach so focusing on that, got until July to nail my ideal weight...so in the words of Dory “keep on swimming...”
51.5 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
