Another day where I skipped breakfast (or rather I ate it really late) and was good until dinner. So weird for me since I am a grazer. Any other time Ive tried to lose weight, I wouldve given up because I didnt see results fast enough. Its been a challenge to weigh every day and see the ups and the downs but I know that this will take time and for once, Im willing to give it the time.

Got some lab results back from the Dr.
My Glucose is down from my last visit. 109 vs 104. Still high but getting there.
My HDL is still lower than we'd like but getting better 36 vs 39.
My Vit D is only 16 though so I need to bump that up.

Overall Im fairly healthy, just fat (haha).
116.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
