Yesterday I started the day with a huge Break-fast of 1007 calories. I ate at 102% of goal, far exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals.
BF up 0.3%
70.3 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
