Yesterday was an "Eat Day". I ate "Poorly" at 114% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3%
70.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks Maxie!!! My percentage of body fat increased. I'm pretty sure I didn't grow two pounds of muscle overnight...

yeah I know John but hey sure feels better to say its muscle mass lol... right?

I agree it does feel and sound better. I'm starting to realize that some of the common myths about nutrition and fitness just aren't true. I think it harms us instead of helping us. Thanks for trying to make me feel better. I appreciate it. I wish it was muscle because I would welcome the added weight as long as I can keep my body fat in check...
