Yesterday was a lift day and I ate at 100% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .5%
I'm increasing my caloric goal by 100 calories...
70.0 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
