Yesterday was an "Eat Day" and I did eat too. I ate intentionally ate "Poorly" but not at 175% of goal. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .7% and is at the top of my desired range...
Lift Day!!!
71.4 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
