Yesterday was an "Eat Day". I need to add more data because one day does not make a trend. Based on data collected so far I believe I need to start eating more calories. Yesterday was a busy day calorie burned wise. I exceeded my step goal and then picked up a load of 36 solid cinder blocks and unloaded them by hand when I returned home. Yesterday I intentionally ate "Poorly" at 125% of goal, barely met my protein goal and exceeded all activity goals. BF down .1%
69.6 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
