I only went over my 1000 calories by 133, so today I will try harder. Had to get up at 4AM to get to work by 5. Ate breakfast at work and later lunch. Usually don't eat anything so when I get home, starving. I work two days a week 5-2 and never the same days of the week. Now I am home trying not to eat anymore until supper. I tend to eat when I am tiered . So need to record what I ate so far.
