I spent a good part of the day getting the yard ready for Easter. Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals BF down .2%

I decided to add one pound to my set goal weight. Now that I am convinced that I can maintain my body fat within my desired range at a slightly heavier weight. The reason for the change is because it will reset my status(alarm) line to remain "Blue" if I am within my desired body fat range. I hope to have to make more of this type of adjustments given my age...
70.0 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
