I’m home now. Slight gain and it’s ok. Hubby has scan today on stomach. Praying no signs of stomach cancer. It has been 2 years since first diagnosed and surgery for removal.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
