Yesterday was a resistance training day. I ate "Poorly" at 112% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF is down .2%

Today is my thirty-six day within my desired body fat goal. During this time period I was out the "Blue" zone only once. I wish I had been out of the "Blue" more days. My goal is to keep my body fat within range and allow any weight gains to happen. Today I have decided to increase my set goal weight by one pound starting tomorrow. I'm leaving my true goal weight the same for now but hope to increase it in the future...
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
