Ok so today is normal weigh day so added it this morning, I am now on low weight loss, mine is up to 1500 cal per for me I feel that's a little high so may not quite make that, but still intend to eat a enough to try to establish my maintain amount
77.1 kg Lost so far: 32.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
