I'm happy with today's log. It's in the direction I wish to move. My weight is up but my body fat is still within my desired range. Yesterday I ate at 109% of goal. I did not meet my protein goal but I met all activity goals. BF up .2%
Lift day!!!
70.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
