Okay I am back! Been in recovery from a perforated, appendix, that had gone septic, so today's message is please look after your health guys, I was so focused on my weight loss I ignored the stomach aches and pain far longer than I should. Its a big lesson learnt for me. On a surprising note only put on one pound, and I have seriously been eating for recovery, pushed sensibility so by my amazing daughter who I would have not managed without. Eat to heal! I have now decided to have a re jig and go onto only a low weight loss and try to work my long term plan of a gradual loss and then maintain! Good luck out there on your journeys xx
77.6 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
