I drove from central Virginia to the DMV area yesterday and snacked while driving. We ate dinner at Fish Taco in Bethesda, MD. We ate on the sidewalk and it was a very pleasant day. I ate at 107% of goal. I did missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .4% and is still in range...
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
