Okay. This seems to be pretty stable. Not obsessing; just in a decent headspace. Diet's working; lifting is really going well.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Actually, I've had a fair amount of weight gain, but it's the right type. Bodyfay is saying in the 12 to 10% range. Very pleased with it.
