Okay so busy weekend but nice. Saturday we worked in the yard for several hours and then I got some housework done. Sunday we went walking around the mall for a couple of hours. I had the bulletproof coffee each morning and it is very satisfying.
Several in the Low Carb group are going to try some intermittent fasting and I will join in starting after dinner tonight and go through dinner tomorrow night and see how that works.
I plan on hitting the elliptical machine again today. I am happy that I have some loss. I was a little concerned. We had company over Saturday night and I cooked a really good dinner but had ONE glass of wine. This is a big deal for me as I love wine and typically have more than one.
I am very happy that it appears that I am on track to make my next goal which was 212.4# by Dec. 31st; right now it looks like I might be a little ahead of schedule but I know things change. As long as I stay on track then that is a great thing!
Sunday at the mall we ate and I had teriyaki beef with vegetables. That was it. So I am happy to see the scale still moving downward.
Time to start planning Thanksgiving dinner. We bought our Turkey Friday night and we will deep fry it. I am Southern and must have dressing and gravy. I am sure I will have a little bit of dressing but since I like it better before it goes into the oven it won't be too hard for me.

Oh, don't remind me. My boys even commented on the fact that Thanksgiving has gotten here fast, that's saying something. Of course for them, it means a closer Christmas lol. Keep up the good work!
