I've been having a 'crazy busy' spell, and not achieving my diet, exercise and weight goals. Thankfully that has now come to end - unless something else crops up! So I now have about a month when hopefully life will be more normal, and I can focus on getting my weight back down to goal. I'm feeling lucky that my life usually does give me time to think about these things, and I really feel for those whose normal life is so hectic with work, family etc. Anyway, onwards and downwards!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
