Morning everyone, well I’ve increased my protein either by shakes or chicken in last week or so .. trying to gain some lean muscle .. hitting the gym too and plenty of cardio ... body fat I’m finding hard to lose .. any good advice please would be appreciated 👍
85 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

The only way you build lean muscle is by doing strength training . Protein helps muscles repair after training it won’t build lean muscle . The calories from Protein will turn to fat if your not working it off .
