Whoop Whoop, cracked the 13 st mark 🥳🎶😃....had to use V.A.R.(my calculator) as my scales were showing 182 but I only weigh in kgs(habit).....82.6 kgs...small loss but big milestone to me 😂
82.4 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
