Went to wholesalers yesterday and noticed a new continental / polish? bakery opposite.
So popped in and had a huge choice of breads and pastry's.
Picked up a polish rye bread (half rye half sour-dough)which is absolutely delicious.
And Saw something called plum cake.
It,s basically a chocolate sponge base with a vanilla custard/cheesecake layer then prunes covered in plain chocolate something.
1 slice is enough for 4 portions.
Ate the lot last night was one of the best deserts i have ever tasted.
Going to ask if it can be frozen as if not temptation would be to great.
Diet not followed to much am am burying a cable next week on a farm plus wiring up some units so will need some reserves. Last time i was there i burnt over 4500 calls a day.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
