Lowest in a long while 🎉 low carb , but not super strictly, but definitely low calories. Averaging
800 per day. No alcohol, gluten and dairy.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
