No frost on the windows this morning. Feels good. I've moved more to maintenance calories with 2 days OMAD at 1000 calories. Feeling rather happy.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
