Had a slow week last week. I recommitted and started an exercise program that's really been working muscles. So far I've been motivated to stick with it! so hopefully this week will be really good!
88.5 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
