19.2% fat.
this weight definitely feels about right.
Everytime weight dips below 64 I get really band hunger pangs and cravings.
It's just easy to slip and miss a meal when working.

64.6 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
