HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!
Last night we had a pre-valentines dinner out so that we could avoid the large crowds at the restaurants tonight. We had a great time and the food was good. As usual I cleaned my plate and as a result I ate "poorly" at 114% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .2% and is back out of range...
71.4 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Nice way to fit a celebration dinner into the mix without , especially with your better half...we happened to do the same two nights ago on the 13th :-)
