This week has gone really good. I had a worse than planned day yesterday. However, I didn't let that derail me mentally. Scale was actually quite kind this morning. It's not always the enemy. :) I also had a treat binge on Sunday. It was the kind of thing that usually would have killed my motivation, however I entered all the food and then realized it really wasn't that bad, and just like that I was back on track. Had a really great next 2 days. My mistake yesterday was making something I'm not very good at stopping myself at one serving. That could have been prevented by having a salad first or not even making it in the first place. Also started a running schedule so I can be ready for Ragnar in June!
