Last night we went to a birthday dinner. I ate at 108% of goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF up .4% and is at the top of my desired range...
71.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks HCB, it was a church member. We ate buffet style at a Italian restaurant. The host selected good pasta-less food choices but it was late before we started eating. No worries here. It's just another bump along the way...
