I'm happy to see day two in the Blue but I must stay focused on body fat. I'm at the starting line again. Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
