Yesterday I ate at 101% of goal. My intake could have been lower if it wasn't for late night snacking. I met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF down .3% and almost within my desired range...
Lift Day!!!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
