Back on track! It feels good! I was stressed about cutting calories too much because I'm nursing and that stopped me from really going for it. I just decided to supplement with formula and lose the stress. I'm on day 4 and I can't tell a difference with my milk supply. I think my supply was low to begin with, so baby is totally fine with the extra formula. Whatever it is I feel really good about this week and baby is happier than ever! Plus I'm not stressed about baby getting enough anymore. I've been counting. Accidentally skipping breakfast. Staying under 1500 calories. Still nursing. Also, today starts a new weigh in club with my mom and friend. Going to do this together!
