Ok so this is not a weigh in post, just felt I should mark my six month dieting mark! Lost four stone and five lb, never thought I would be able to do that, it can be done guys, it's hard I won't say it's not, but just keep plugging away!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
