Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 113% of goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .2% and is out of range...

71.8 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks Chrisw77, Steven and Jmb3450!!! I appreciate the encouragement. Maintenance has not been a cakewalk for me. Especially because I'm still striving to improve my body composition and overall fitness. I find each day amazing and a blessing. You guys challenge and inspire me!!!
