Almost back to pre trip weight. Feeling enthusiastic. Seeing lots of changes with the weight lifting at the moment. Psyched. A balmy -20 this morning.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
