well my scales.. which are very good n nearly new..say I'm still 7 stone 10 and 6 oz but nurse at Dr yesterday says I'm 7 stone 8 which I think is wrong but either way I've still got a tiny bit of leaway as she measured my height n ... I've shrunk again.. used to be 5'2n a half" then I went to 5'2 n now I'm a tiny me at 5'1" no wonder I have to stand on stools to reach into top cupboards! Lol
49.3 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
